Hi.. I am using one sentence, one model method. At first, we have 5:7, therefore D=5 parts and B=7 parts. In the after model, ratio become 4:3. Therefore, D=4 parts and B=3 parts. But D given away of 3/5, left with 2/5 which is 2 parts left in model. The 2 parts should be equal to the after model of 4 parts. From there, we can work out to get 1u and the rest of the ans.
