The question said if you decrease 5 from the 4 th number you will get the same with other number (which is 3 units)

And when you add 58 to the third number you will get 3 units So 480-5+58= 533 13 units come from 1st number is 1 unit at first 2nd number is 6 units at first 3rd number is 3 units (after you add 58) 4 th number is 3 units (after you subtract 5) you will get 1 u+ 6 u+ 3u+3u= 13 units
