Work backwards. In the end, there were 30 customers. If the 9 customers didn't come, then there would be 21 customers. This will be 3 units if you are drawing a model because 1/4 left. so 4/4 will be 28 customers. Say the 6 customers didn't come, so there will be 22 customers. Again, if you are drawing a model, then this will be 2 units because 1 unit, which is 1/3, left. So at first, there are 33 customers.

Tip: You need to draw two models to solve the two parts. Try drawing the model and post it. From there, everyone can help you improve your model and your understanding of the question.

Hope this helps. Please add the units for angles.

Tip: When you get an angle question that ask you for x + y, you need not find individual angles (find x then find y and then add). You can look at x + y as a whole.
