800 kg. This is because although 900kg is nearer to the maximum mass, it is more than the maximum mass so the lift would not be able to carry that mass up. However, if it is 800kg, though it is not as close to the maximum mass, it is the nearest suitable mass which is not more than the maximum mass and can be carried by the lift.

Try expanding the numerator on top, you should get 3 different terms. Now split the big fraction into 3 separate fraction. Simplify each of the fractions and integrate them individually. :)

Price of each t shirt 12$ Price of pair of shoes 15$ So price spent on one player(1tshirt +1pair shoes) 12+15= 27$ So total number of student s = 681/27 = 25.22 = 25 students So Ans is 25 t shirat
